The Grounds

Sei Camini, the pool and surrounding lawns, the vineyard, the cypress, fruit and olive trees are set in 14,000m² of gently rolling hillside. There is ample flat ground to play badminton, football or frisbee. 

Two large (up to 3.5m each) teak tables and 20 chairs are available for al fresco dining. These are spot lit.

A built in barbeque (spot lit,  for cooking after dark)  and the original pizza oven are available for use.  A portable barbeque is also available for larger parties.

The pool is located 50m from the house, and is in full sun all day. It is flanked by three mature willow trees and has three large fixed umbrellas and a couple of hammocks nearby.

The swimming pool slopes gently, there are Roman Steps to enter and a ledge round the edge - but the centre is deep enough for jumping/diving.

The pool can be lit after dark for late night swimming, and solar spot lights light the path.

The pool can be alarmed. When activated, the sensor at the pool can detect waves from falling objects weighing more than 7kg and sound a 120 decibel siren.

The views from Sei Camini are special. Our local estate agent still uses them to entice prospective buyers!

Beyond the grounds, unworked pasture land and woods extend for a few hectares across and down the valley.  

To the west, on the other side of the seldom used access road, is half a hectare of virgin forest. This slopes steeply down to the valley bottom and is inpenetrable - a haven for a large variety of bird and wildlife.
