Ground Floor:
Property
is entered via the loggia
that connects the two houses. Outdoor toys such as swingball, mini
croquet, hoopla, boules etc are kept here for your enjoyment and shared
with Casa Grande.
A
full-sized fold-away table-tennis
table, bats and balls are kept here too - ideal for
inter-house tournaments. The loggia ceiling is high enough to
allow outrageous lobs and smashes!
There
is also a communal drinks fridge with an additional freezer should it
be required.

Kitchen:
A
fully fitted beamed kitchen with gas hob and electric oven,
refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a raised open
fireplace. The kitchen has new pots, pans, crockery and cutlery
together with glasses and plastic beakers for use outside around the
barbecue and pool area.
Three
steps lead up to the:
Living space:
A 7m
x 6m L shaped sitting/dining room with a double height dining
area. This room has a wood burning stove, radiators, tiled
flooring throughout with rugs, a large television with surround sound
DVD/CD player (please bring your own CDs and DVDs) two sofas, a coffee
table and double French doors to the garden. The dining area has a
large rectangular dining table, six chairs and a sideboard.
An
short open stone staircase (with optional safety gate) leads up to the:
First Floor:
On
the first floor there is an atrium (the original heart of Sei
Camini) with original tile flooring and an open fireplace. A
children’s ‘pod’ seat (optional) hangs
from the rafters. Doors off the atrium lead to two bedrooms, one of
which is through an ante chamber.
Bedroom 1 - King
size wrought iron bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a radiator, a
side table, exposed beams and many original features. Separate ante
chamber/cot area.
Bedroom 2 - twin
beds, a chest of drawers, side table, radiator. Views over
nearby hill top villages.
Four stairs from the
atrium lead to:
Bedroom 3 - a very
large (25m2) master bedroom, with a king-size
wrought iron bed, side tables, chairs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe,
a radiator, small fridge and a sofa. Wooden flooring
throughout. The mezzanine overlooks the dining area. Curtains can be
drawn to close the bedroom off from the dining area.
All
the bedrooms have lovely views over the hills, either towards Penna San
Giovanni and Monte San Martino or towards the Sibillini Mountains.
Shower Room - From
the living room a short flight of stairs leads down to a substantial
fully tiled shower room with bidet, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
Outside: Three sets
of doors lead from the living/dining rooms to the garden which has a
large lawned area, olive and other fruit
and nut trees, pergolas, two barbecue areas with tables and chairs and
a 10m x 5m swimming pool. The views from the pool are magnificent. The
pool is not overlooked by other houses but can be seen from Casa Grande
with which it is shared.
